Christian Gant-Madison — Founder, Change the Narrative 333

Christian Gant-Madison founded Change the Narrative 333 (CTN 333) based on a simple belief: capability lives in every community, but opportunity doesn’t — and closing that gap can change the narrative for entire communities.
Growing up in Philadelphia, he witnessed the cumulative effects of generational trauma, economic exclusion, and gun violence on his community. These experiences gave him a deep sense of purpose from a young age to make a difference. He later attended Cornell University as a student-athlete and continued his studies in London, where he saw even more clearly how access to information, civic understanding, and emerging technologies shapes who succeeds and who gets left behind.
CTN 333 was built as a bridge between technology, education, and community empowerment. Christian’s work centers on expanding AI literacy, strengthening civic education, and improving access to essential social resources so underserved communities can thrive in a rapidly changing world.
His approach blends grassroots experience with global perspective. He has worked on Capitol Hill, conducted macroeconomic analysis for academic audiences, and studied the evolution of political and economic thought through his graduate program in the History of Political Thought and Intellectual History at University College London and Queen Mary University of London. Across each stage, he has remained committed to making complex systems more accessible to the people most affected by them.
At CTN 333, Christian leads the organization’s vision, strategy, and program development. He is especially focused on preparing urban neighborhoods for the economic and civic realities of the AI era, ensuring that communities historically excluded from previous waves of technological change are equipped to adapt and thrive.
He sees AI literacy and civic education not just as skills, but as pathways to agency, dignity, and co-ownership of the future. Through CTN 333, he is working to build a more informed and opportunity-rich landscape for urban communities — starting in Philadelphia and expanding outward.
